The brush wire contacts the copper ring of the main shaft and maintains a certain pressure to achieve the function of transmitting current. The pressure between the brush wire and the main shaft , Determines the contact resistance of the conductive ring, the frictional resistance during rotation and the wear on the contact points. During the rotation, the pressure change between the brush wire and the copper ring, and the centrifugal force generated when the main shaft rotates will change with the use time, so under the premise of ensuring the product structure design, the usual observation and maintenance also need to be paid attention to . This is closely related to the overall service life of the conductive ring.

When the working time and working speed exceed the design range of the structure, the conductive ring will generate heat, and the increase in friction will also accelerate the wear of the conductive ring and directly affect the service life of the conductive ring. Therefore, when the equipment is expected to exceed a certain normal working range, we should inform us at the design stage that we will give a suitable structural design in accordance with the actual situation to ensure that the equipment requirements are met, so that the conductive ring can rotate freely and the performance is stable , And long life.

With the more and more diversified use of conductive rings, the application of high-current conductive rings is becoming more and more extensive. The contact materials of large currents, our company has not recommended the use of ordinary brush wire structure, but the use of metal graphite brushes, when using metal Graphite brushes will definitely generate dust. If the dust is not cleaned regularly, it will affect the fluctuation value and insulation performance of the conductive ring.
