Capsule Slip Ring

Features: Continuous transmission of signal and data under 360° rotation freely. Less noise, long life. Low torque, smooth rotation. Electrical noise<0.01 Ω. Small compact construction. Housing diameter 12 to 25mm. Contact material: gold-gold. Protection grade can be IP65.

Through Bore Slip Ring

Features: Through bore size 3mm to 900mm. Circuit number 2-350. Operation speed:up to 250rpm, 800rpm, 1500rpm. Circuit current: 2A, 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A, 50A, 100A, 200A, up to 400A. Power circuit and Ethernet signal circuit can be integrated to one unit slip ring. ABS plastic housing and AL housing are optional. Flexible, color-coded, silver-plated, Teflon® insulated lead wires. Contact material silver to silver coating. Standard wire leads length is 500mm. Standard temperature is -20°C to +80°C. Insulation strength 500V AC@50HZ 60S. Insulation resistant 500MΩ 500VDC. Long life cycles up to 80 million cycles. Protection grade IP 51, IP54, IP 65. Ethernet circuits can transmission 100Mbps, 1Giga data.

Ethernet Slip ring

Features: use high quality data cables with 2 twisted pairs+shields or 4 twisted pairs +shield to ensure the performance of CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT6. Circuit number from 2-300. Operation speed: standard up to 250rpm. Circuit current: 2A, 5A, 10A, 15A up to 400A. Power channels and ethernet circuts. Contact material silver to silver coating. Standard temperature is -20°C to +80°C. Insulation strength 500V AC@50HZ 60S. Insulation resistant 500MΩ 500VDC. Protection grade IP51, IP65. Both capsule and through bore slip rings are available.

Optical-Electric Rotary Unit

Features: Integrated the power channel with FORJ channels. Princetel high quality FORJ manufactured in USA. Single model fiber. Light wave length 1310-1550 nanometer. 1-8 channels for fiber rotary joint. Low insert loss and return loss. The fiber with jackets. Protection is IP65. the pig tails lenght is optional. Assembly LC,FC,ST connectors both side.

Slip Ring Suppression Noise Is Good

Why can slip rings suppress noise? The sealing device of the slip ring is preferably applied to the water pump to suppress noise. The vibration-damping component, especially its elastic component, is designed so that it can generate a kind of micro-friction, which can lead to the best suppression of noise. The problem when using the slip ring sealing device is that it will generate noise under certain conditions of use. There are currently no effective measures to adequately dampen the vibration of the slip ring seal and avoid noise. This type of slip ring seal is designed so that it can be manufactured cost-effectively, and it guarantees effective noise containment. The vibration-damping component has a shaped metal plate which can be produced simply and cost-effectively. Because of its shape stability, it can be simply installed on the slip ring sealing device, and the metal plate ensures a long service life of the vibration-damping component.

The reducing part is supported by the elastic part under the prestress. Based on the metallic structure of the vibration-damping component, it can be adjusted to the required prestress in order to obtain the vibration-damping effect that is optimally adapted to the application of the slip ring sealing device. There is a slight friction between the vibration-damping component and the support area, which leads to a vibration-damping effect. Even under the most extreme operating conditions, this vibration-damping component can effectively suppress noise. It can be manufactured cost-effectively and easy to install, while ensuring a long service life. Such a slip ring sealing device can be advantageously used in automotive technology.

The vibration-damping part has an outer shell which is supported on the wall portion of the mounting cavity of the slip ring seal device under radial prestress. Advantageously, the elastic member is provided with a contoured contour on its circumference, in particular a contoured contour. This shaped profile ensures on the one hand the best vibration damping and on the other hand a high stability of the damping components.
